In the research, the characteristics of tradesmen and craftsmen, which should be in ethical principles, were also defined. First of all, a process was designed to determine the principles, and this process was followed step by step. In this process, firstly, some principles determined by literature review were conveyed to academicians working on ethics, and their opinions were sought. After collecting opinions from academicians (108 academics participated in the process at this stage), a draft text was prepared by classifying the proposals with the Organization Committee consisting of faculty members who have academic studies on tradesmen and craftsmen and who teach ethics courses at undergraduate or graduate level. Later, this draft text was delivered to many more academics, tradesmen, tradesmen and craftsmen chambers, and citizens, and opinions were retaken. Within the framework of these opinions, after the necessary changes were made by the regulatory board, the 15-item "tradesmen and craftsmen ethical principles" were determined.</p></div></div></div> ER -
